HR is rushing to the big data world as fast, or almost as fast,
as other disciplines, including business, intelligence, finance,
accounting, and customer relationship management. Among the greater
challenges is getting every area of the organization to share data
that in the past might not have been seen as useful or appropriate
to the field and function of human resources. As access to vast
amounts of data is gained, unprecedented insights into client
behavior and employee performance are seen. However, there will
